Challenge

The firms IT operations team lacked visibility when it came to the health and performance of services which were being constantly rolled out by the project teams, designers, and architects.

Solution

We advised the firm to deploy Splunk for SIEM, Desktop Monitoring (UberAgent+Splunk), Splunk for Infrastructure, and Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI).
